The contact form

The form asks for a name, an email address, a subject, and a message. In this version the request is checked in the browser and answered by the server with a confirmation. The message is not stored in a database and is not forwarded to an external inbox. Do not send account numbers, identity documents, or instructions about a sum of money.

The legal basis for reading a message you choose to send is your request. Retention is limited to the time the request is processed in that session.

Cookies and storage

A choice about the cookie notice is kept in this browser under the key cookieConsent. A choice about the education notice is kept for the session. No analytics cookie and no advertising cookie is set. The site does not use a third-party tracker.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you may ask what information is held, ask for a correction, or withdraw a consent that was given. Because this version does not keep a file of messages, there is usually nothing to retrieve. Write to contact@webtradero.net. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

The site is operated with a Canadian correspondence address. No cross-border transfer of form data is performed, because the data is not stored or forwarded.
