Educational nature

The site is a set of educational notes about startup investing, market structure, financial instruments, strategies, and AI tools. It is not a trading platform, a brokerage, an exchange, or an investment service. It does not open accounts, transmit orders, or sell financial products. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a personal recommendation.

Acceptable use

You may read the notes and quote short passages with a link to the page. You may not present the notes as a signal, a plan for money, or a promise of a result. You may not attempt to disrupt the site or submit unlawful material through the form.

Intellectual property and liability

The text, the coordinate system, and the marks are part of the project. Public documents named as types of sources remain the work of their authors. webtradero claims no licence from them.

The notes are offered as explanations. They can be incomplete or out of date. The project is not liable for decisions a reader makes after reading them. Investing, where a person chooses to do it elsewhere, carries the risk of loss.

Revenue, if any, comes from advertising and educational content. No commission is taken for recommending an investment product. This version of the site does not run advertising tags.
